Manufacturing Process:
Raw Material Preparation: We collect and recycle cardboard waste to produce pure craft paper, which is then used in pen manufacturing.
Paper Selection: Our pens are made using 80 GSM craft paper, ensuring durability and smooth texture.
Shaping the Pen: The craft paper is sourced directly from the mill and die-cut into the required pen shape.
Refill Attachment: A ballpoint refill is securely mounted at one end of the paper using adhesive, leaving only the tip exposed for writing.
Rolling & Pressing: Once the adhesive dries, the paper is inserted into a machine, where it undergoes rolling and pressing to form the final pen structure.
Pen Cap Formation: The cap is crafted from 100 GSM craft paper and manually pressed in a machine to achieve the desired shape.

For our seed pens, we incorporate a corn starch capsule at the back, designed to hold seeds. Customers can choose from a variety of seasonal or preferred seeds, ensuring a personalized touch while promoting eco-conscious practices.
